About Our Farm

Ebey’s Prairie Garlic is a small, family-run garlic farm on Whidbey Island, located within the Ebey’s Landing National Historical Reserve. We grow using organic practices, intentionally, not for volume, but to preserve varietal integrity and exceptional flavor in the maritime climate of the Pacific Northwest.

Every bulb we offer is selected for uniformity, resilience, and genetic consistency — grown slowly through attentive stewardship of prairie soils and careful handling at every stage of its life.
