Ebey’s Prairie Garlic is a boutique, soil-first farm on Whidbey Island, Washington, devoted to growing exceptional garlic.
We farm with a simple philosophy: build the soil and let the living system do much of the work. Cover crops, minimal soil disturbance, rotational grazing, compost, and vermiculture work together to build healthy, biologically active soil while supporting the wider farm ecosystem.
We grow heritage porcelain garlic slowly and intentionally, with an emphasis on remarkable flavor, varietal character, and quality rather than volume.
Ebey’s Prairie Garlic began on Ebey’s Prairie in Coupeville, where our first crop and our name took root. Today, we grow on new ground in Greenbank, carrying the name forward as part of our farm’s story.
Healthy soil. Exceptional garlic. That’s where it begins.
